The Wedding Day
Below we have collected information about the wedding day with check-in and check-out times as well as details about the wedding, dinner and party.
CHECK-IN
From 14.00 o’clock
Guarenteed check-in from 2:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, please contact Södertuna Slott at 0158-705 00 or via e-mail at info@sodertuna.se. There are rooms for all guests at the castle. Room reservations are made through the O.S.A form and payment is made in connection with check-out. Under the O.S.A form you will also find other information and can state any wishes.
WEDDING CEREMONY
At 15.30 o’clock
The wedding ceremony will take place in the castle park and will start at 3:30 PM. After the ceremony, there will be a mingle with champagne and light snacks. We have ordered beautiful weather, but if it rains, there is a plan B indoors.
DINNER & PARTY
At 17:30 o’clock
After the mingle, dinner awaits, which is served at 5:30 p.m. and lasts until about 9:30 p.m. We have carefully selected and sampled the menu – and we can almost guarantee that it will be delicious. Any food allergies or special diets can be easily stated in the O.S.A. form. After dinner, we put on our dancing shoes and dance away to our fantastic DJ, before the evening is rounded off with a much-needed midnight snack!
CHECK-OUT
At 12.00 o’clock
We hope that you have a couple of hours of good night sleep before we end the festivities with a breakfeast from 8:00-11.30 AM.
